OUR GUARANTEE Simply the Best purchases are backed by our 100% guarantee for a full thirty (30) days from the date we ship it to you. Longer warranties provided for specific products will also be honored. Many of our products also carry a manufacturer's warranty which exceeds our guarantee period. You may return any non-imprinted item for any reason within thirty (30) days from the date we ship it to you.
