SHIPPING AND HANDLING Prior to shipping your purchases to you, each item is carefully packed so that it will arrive at your doorstep damage-free. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse by ground delivery service, to arrive within five-seven business days of receipt of the order. Delivery services are available throughout the continental United States. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. DELIVERY RATES Shipping and handling charges are based on the total amount purchased during your shopping visit with us, delivered to a single address: $25.01 to $45.00 =$7.95 $45.01 to $75.00 =$9.95 $75.01 to $125.00=$12.95 $125.01 to $200.00=$15.95 $200.01 to $300.00=$19.95 $300.01 & over=8% Oversize, heavy and bulky items may be subject to additional delivery charges which are noted in brackets [$] after an item's price. International shipping charges are based on actual cost plus $3.50 for special handling. (Hawaii, Alaska and US territories outside the continental U.S. are considered international.) Since the actual cost varies depending on item and destination, international shipping costs are usually charged after your item has shipped as a separate entry. Expedited shipping (i.e., 2-day, overnight) requests are handled similarly. Our current policy is to charge you actual cost plus $3.50 for special handling. GIFT WRAPPING AND DELIVERY Gift wrapping is available for most items at $4.95 per item. We will be pleased to include a gift card with a personal message from you.
